Completing your membership registration

3. Photo Upload

Your photo is uploaded only for membership identification.
The app does not access any other files or folders on your device.

We use:

Storage Access Framework (SAF)
or

MediaStore API

This ensures only the photo you select is accessed.

4. Permissions We Use

The app may request:

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES – to let you choose a photo

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)

We do not request All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).

5. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal data from:

Unauthorized access

Modification

Disclosure

Destruction

Your information is stored securely and used only for membership purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your submitted information as long as you remain a member of AITMSM.
If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our records.

This app is not intended for users under the age defined by your local regulations unless supervised by a parent/guardian.
